Dear KOM Members,

Meet Mr. Derick Okech. Mr. Okech comes to us from a background of 5 years at the helm as of KOM Primary as the Head teacher. He is a well-trained teacher, counselor, trainer, coach all which gives him the personality to be an excellent mentor for our children.

We are very proud of the successes of our school since he joined us. He has demonstrated excellent relationships with the KOM Primary families, friends and our children. He has kept with pace of making our school an exciting, stimulating and inclusive school, where children can learn together in friendship, discipline and have high standards in everything they are instructed to do.

Mr. Okech in collaboration with the Directors of the school have instilled the concept of hard work to achieve our school’s values with a focus of our motto of “Bridge to Learning”. We are committed to learning of every child to help them learn to be intellectuals. Another area that Mr. Okech has been keen on is ensuring that our children feel safe and happy and that’s how we believe they can reach their potential in academics and co-curriculum activities.

I look forward to see Mr. Okecth working with you and our KOM family over the coming years in a happy and successful relationship. Together, we will ensure our children receive the best educational experience, growing into well rounded, confident, caring citizens, ready to meet the challenges ahead.
